The new model maintains the highly acclaimed Curie point rapid heating method of JTD-505 II and successfully achieves miniaturization of the equipment. With the miniaturization of equipment, the installation and disassembly of instruments have become more convenient, and the installation space has become more abundant.


On the other hand, the equipment continues the characteristics of JTD-505 II, using PAT tubes that can directly place electronic components and polymer samples for analysis. It can complete gas analysis such as indoor and clean room gases, environmental trace analysis, and thermal decomposition devices for gases generated by electronic products.


In addition, this device can be used in conjunction with peripheral products such as PAT burning devices and various degassing collection devices to complete the analysis of all volatile components.

1. It is possible to set 1 to 15+α=any number of samples from a maximum of 48 samples at a time, achieving unmanned operation in conjunction with TD-GC/MS.
On the PAT sampler, a maximum of 15 PAT tubes can be loaded at a time, but continuous analysis of up to 48 experiments can be achieved through programming. For example, conducting repeated analysis of the same PAT, inserting and replacing PAT midway, and analyzing up to 48 samples.

7. Adopting a two-stage flow separation method, even samples with large degassing volumes can be introduced into chromatography for analysis without worrying about contaminating the chromatography.
8. Archive and save analysis conditions to achieve high repeatability analysis. 16 analysis conditions can be classified and saved for easy access to settings.
9. The usage of liquid nitrogen can be determined through a liquid nitrogen flowmeter.
10. The latest 48 analysis results can be classified and saved for easy comparison of results.
